Yosele Dror is a third-generation seafarer who has been sailing since childhood and holds a degree in Psychology. For about 15 years, he has led and instructed sailing programs and extreme water sports in Israel and around the world, including serving as a senior instructor at Derech Hayam. Over the years, he has witnessed time and again the unique power of the sea and the challenge of sailing to spark real change in people. He set out to translate that power into an educational-therapeutic framework, which led to the founding of Mifrasim, where he now serves as CEO and Co-Founder.
